For art enthusiasts and the novice art collector helene hagemans fine art organises art discovery tours in Ho Chi Minh City. These tours are an introduction to the world of art, the world of collecting and a fun way to discover the city.
Art discovery tours travel to galleries and artists' studios in Ho Chi Minh City. You will meet artists, gallery owners and art collectors.
The tours are guided by Drs. Hélène Hagemans, an art historian and art consultant who has lived and worked in Vietnam since 1995.
The tours finish at a down town restaurant where the group will sample some gourmet cuisine, a glass of wine and reflect on the day's visits.
When: The tours operate Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Time: Half day, approximately 4.5 hours, 9.30am-2pm.
Meeting place: 9.30am, front steps of the Opera House, Dong Khoi st. district 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Groups: Minimum 4 and maximum 10 people.
Price and how to pay: US$55 per person, including transportation, refreshments during the tour and lunch (two courses, a glass of wine,
beer or juice and tea and coffee). This is payable at the start of the tour.
